CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS TO BE PRINTED?

Yes, you can supply your own garments.

We will however reserve the right to not print a garment. While every care is taken to supply a full print job with no ‘seconds’, it is advisable to supply a couple more garment pieces in case of any errors.

WHAT IS YOUR LARGEST PRINT AREA?

44cm width x 69cm length. Larger prints can be arranged through appointments.

HOW MANY COLOURS CAN I INCLUDE IN MY DESIGN?

Our screen printing press holds 8 spot colours in a design.


White bases and highlights are also considered colours and are necessary on dark coloured t-shirts. For photographic and full colour designs we recommend process printing, known as CMYK printing.

STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME?
The industry standard is 10 working days.

If you require a faster turnaround we offer a Rush Job Service that may include an extra charge.

We also offer an Overnight Service that can have a job done within 24 hours.

INTERSTATE ORDERS?

We ship anywhere within Australia.

SET UP FEES?

There is a set up fee charged in order to separate the colours on your image. This process includes printing the negative film for each colour used and creating a stencil, which is then transferred onto a screen for printing.

Please note: The setup fee must also be paid for one-off samples.

SAMPLING / PROOFS / STRIKE OFFS?

Printing sampling is available, but we require an instant response for any samples or examples sent to you by us.

If you do not respond within 1 hour, your job will be run in full unless otherwise discussed.

SOFT-FEELING PRINT?

We use specialty inks, such as a softhand underbase and additive and solvent free water based inks.

We produce prints on both dark and light coloured garments. There is no increase in price for a soft feeling finish.

MINIMUM PRINT RUNS?

Our minimum print runs are based on the number of colours within your design. Please see the chart below:

  • One colour designs have a minimum print run of 20 units
  • Two colour designs have a minimum print run of 30
  • Three colour designs have a minimum print run of 40, and so on.
Please note: Minimum runs assist in allowing us to cover set up times, but also assist you in covering your set up costs.

We print on most areas of a garment. Our digital mock up guide will assist you.

PRICING?

Screen printing costs are divided into three parts:

Stock:
The garments to be printed on.

Setup: The negative film output and the transferring of the design onto screens.
Print: The printing of the garments.
  • Blank t-shirts start at $5 each.
  • OPM Design charges $40 per setup.
  • The initial print is $3.
  • Add $1 for every colour after the first.
  • Eg: Two colours is $4. Three colours is $5, and so on and so forth.
